We are versatile and open to working in different ways:

• Working to a specified contracted price
• Working on a “time and materials” basis with an estimate provided before we begin

Occasionally, unseen overages occur. When this happens, we notify you immediately and meet to revise the scope of the work and discuss alternate pricing.
